Foreigners Registration Form
Foreign nationals visiting India are required to submit Form C at the place of stay. Please download, complete, and bring the printed form to check-in.

Official form to be filled by foreign nationals on arrival. Please bring a printed copy along with your passport and visa.
· Submit the completed Form C at the Accommodation Office at the time of check-in.
· Carry your passport and visa documents along with the form.
· Nepali citizens are required to carry a passport for accommodation purposes — a citizenship card alone is not accepted.
