Booking
When can I book?
For devotees from India, Nepal and Bhutan, booking opens 1 month (30 days) in advance. Overseas devotees from all other countries can book up to 6 months in advance. Booking opens at 00:01 IST for each arrival date and closes 23:59 IST the day before arrival. Same-day bookings are not accepted online — please visit the counter.
How many days can I book?
Up to 2 days per booking. To extend your stay, make a new booking for the additional days subject to availability.
How many rooms can I book in one transaction, and how do the numbers work?
Each room holds a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 adults (2 cots and 2 mattresses). A maximum of 2 rooms can be booked per transaction. For example, a family of 9 would need 3 rooms (3 + 3 + 3) and so would book across two transactions. You may make multiple transactions if you need more rooms.
Do I need to register before booking?
Yes. Registration is mandatory. Create an account, verify your email and complete your profile (personal details, address, a recent photo and ID proof) before you can make any booking. Foreign nationals must also submit Form C details.
I have a group of 25 or more. How do I book?
Group bookings of 25 or more are not handled by this portal. Please write to [email protected] or contact the Accommodation Office directly.
Family & occupancy
How many people can stay in one room?
Up to 3 occupants per room. Children under 4 stay free and do not count toward this limit. Up to 2 children under 4 may stay free per room.
I am travelling alone. Can I book online?
Single-person bookings are not accepted online — the portal is for families. Individuals should approach the walk-in counter (Accommodation Office, next to N-9 block, open 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM IST).
Who can be included in a booking?
Only family members may be booked together, and you must disclose the relationship of each member to the lead member. The person who books must be one of the occupants — you cannot book on behalf of others (for example, for your parents) and not stay yourself. The lead member must be present at check-in.
My family includes both Indian and foreign nationals. How do we book?
If a family travelling together includes a foreign national, the foreign national must be the one to make the booking so that Form C details are captured correctly for the whole party.
We are NRIs / our whole family lives overseas. Can we book?
Yes. An NRI or a family residing overseas can book together as a family in the usual way.
Arrival & check-in
Where do I report on arrival?
Report at the Online Booking Check-in Counter at the Accommodation Office, located next to the N-9 block behind the North Indian Canteen. The counter is open 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
What do I need to bring at check-in?
The confirmation email (printed or on your phone), a valid government photo ID (Aadhaar for Indian visitors, passport for foreign visitors), and any accompanying members listed on the booking. Foreign nationals must also bring a completed Form C.
What if my photo or ID details don't match at check-in?
Staff may cancel the allotment at check-in. The amount paid is not refundable in such cases.
I am a foreign national — is there anything extra?
Yes. Foreign nationals must submit Form C. Download and complete it in advance, and carry the printed form along with your passport and visa to check-in.
Payment & refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Razorpay for online payments. You can pay using UPI, debit/credit cards, or netbanking. Tariff is inclusive of all applicable taxes (CGST + SGST shown on the receipt).
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Once payment is confirmed, the booking cannot be cancelled and the amount is not refundable. Please make sure your dates and details are correct before paying.
Practical
Do I need to bring my own toiletries?
