Booking Policy
Reservation policy
This policy applies to all online room reservations made through this portal.

- Families only, minimum two. A minimum of two persons is required to book — a single person cannot be allotted a room online. Only family members may accompany the lead member, with each relationship declared during booking.
- Lead member presence. The lead booking member must be one of the occupants and physically present at check-in with all listed members. Bookings are non-transferable.
- Confirmation after payment. A reservation is confirmed only after the payment completes, and a booking-confirmation email is sent to you. If money was deducted but no confirmation arrived, write to us via the Contact page with your booking details — we will revert at the earliest.
- No cancellations or refunds. Once payment is confirmed, the booking cannot be cancelled and the amount is not refundable. Please book only when your travel plans are certain.
- Document verification. Every member must carry photo ID; the allotment can be cancelled at check-in — without refund — if the photo or identity details do not match those on file.
- Check-in and check-out times. Check-in is possible only between 6:30 AM and 8:00 PM IST. Check out by the time on your confirmation and hand the key back at the Accommodation Office — overstaying is not possible.
- Maximum booking length. Up to 2 days per booking. To extend, make a new booking for the additional days.
- Maximum occupants. A minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 adults per room; up to 2 children under 4 stay free and do not count toward this limit. Up to 2 rooms per booking.
- Non-resident Indians. The date of your most recent entry into India must be within 6 months of the check-in date; this is verified at check-in.
- Group bookings of 25 or more are not handled by this portal. Please contact the Accommodation Office directly.
- Foreign nationals on tourist visas are advised to leave a minimum gap of two months between visits to India per Government of India guidance.
- Nepali citizens must carry a valid passport for accommodation purposes.
The Trust reserves the right to cancel a reservation, and to bar an account from further bookings, if any of these policies are breached.
